The guest suite is passively cooled in the summer. It is the lower walk-out level of the house so there is no need for an air conditioner.

The Pic River Guest suite is a quiet getaway. I believe your room shouldn’t look like a small city when you turn out your lights. I have covered all the unnecessary lights on the electronics and appliances. -So you don’t have too.
