All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival.

We take bookings online (24hrs) or by phone (8am -5pm EST) availability. We require 1 day advance notice to give us time to prepare for you arrival.

Our check-in time is at 5:00PM and our check-out time is at 11:00AM.

25% of the total cost of your stay, is due to secure your reservation and is non-refundable. Final payment is due by 7 days before the check-in date or immediately upon booking if the reservation is made within the week of your stay).

We accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, or Emt. Exchange rates and charges are subject to change. We do not accept Travellers Cheques.

All rates shown on the website are in Canadian dollars.

Rates do not include 13% HST.

We can add extra beds to most of the accommodations.

All of our rooms and patio/entrance areas are non-smoking, and no vaping.

We only take advance, 3-night minimum stay bookings but if you need to book 1-2 nights, please call us. There will be a $50.00 extra cleaning fee added to the rate. As always, we would require at least 24 hours advance notice.
