Singer-songwriter Lynn Jackson shown below on the right, was the first artist to do a house concert at 31 Rabbit road. I learned that it’s really not enough to put up posters all over town and expect people to come. I also learned that I needed to be very proactive about inviting people personally...The result was that Lynn Jackson played to a small but appreciative audience.
